WePlay! VALORANT Invitational was held from 13 to 19 July. Six invited teams and two winners of the open qualifiers took part in a new competition from the VALORANT IGNITION SERIES with a $50,000 prize pool.
G2 finished the tournament triumphant. VALORANT Invitational with a 2-0 sweep of fish123. The lineup captained by Óscar “mixwell” Cañellas took the maps with a 13-9 victory on Bind followed by a 13-8 on the newest map, Ascent.
Distribution of tournament prize money to winners:
-1st place – $25,000 – G2 Esports
-2nd place – $15,000 – fish123
-3rd place – $5,000 – Ninjas in Pyjamas
-4th place – $5,000 – Need More DM
